POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i order yesterday food online at 16h30 paid online as well,

got the store no one knew about my order , the cashier shouted for someone in there own language not sure what but all i can hear is one piece of chicken free , the cashier helped 4 people before me they got there food and the cashier comes back to me and say i need to wait another 30 min 4 chicken i asked her what is the use of ordering online if you still have to wait almost a hour just for food she gave the customer that order after me in store there food i requested to speak to a manager still no manger i called the call center to lay a complain no one provide me with feedback of the poor service received on top of receiving my order late the chicken tasted like it was made in old fish oil the chicken tasted so horrible i didn't even eat all my food up i always use to like KFC FROM ALL OTHER CHICKEN SHOP BUT AFTER YESTERDAY I THINK IT WAS MY LAST PURCHASING AT KFC
