Poor customer service

Good day, as a KFC customer I had a bad customer service at KFC Heidelberg mall yesterday I bought streetwise 2 pap and I was given chips and gravy instead of pap. What makes me sad is that I was on lunch and I went back to show them I didn’t have a problem cause everyone makes mistakes but for the fact that the supervisor told them what they did and the were laughing about it. The stuff at KFC Heidelberg don’t take customers serious and I didn’t even get an apology from them. I’m so disappointed and will never buy from them.
