POOR customer service

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the service I received from KFC Queenstown, brewery str on 22 December 2020.

I stood in an extremely long line in the drive through this evening. Just to hear no cool drink and no card machines. All good and well. I said fine no cooldrink. I haven't stood in the line for nothing.

The card machine at the pick up point work but has the audacity to sign they don't have card machines.

I specifically ordered drum sticks. Upon pick I confirmed drumsticks. I was informed yes, that's my order.

Got home. I received a huge breast piece. Drive back to KFC. Order exchanged. I share my displeasure with the manager, one kenneth tells me he can hear I'm upset and will not respond. Can he have the order.

Got home again. My chips is oily and tasteless as if its been sitting for hours, one zinger wing not completely fried. The crunch burger is so dry, barely even any sauce on the burger.

This is by far the worst ever meal ordered from kfc. I have even took the time and effort to write to their customer service which is just as ashes about my complaint like the service I received from their store.
