Poor customer service, bad food

When I went to collect my order at KFC, Jane Furse branch, I had had my groceries done and packed in a trolley. I was chased away by one of the employees saying the trolleys aren't allowed. My groceries were very heavy and had to carry them all by my hands. I couldn't move properly. I was moving slowly. When I entered I placed my groceries on the table, went to collection point, when I looked again on my groceries, the very staff members were busy going through my groceries and taking my papers there without my concern. Their employees have no respect and no compassion for customers. They have watched me suffer with carrying my groceries by my hands and still went on to be touching my groceries. I mean the covid protocols doesn't allow them to be touching one another, why would they be touching my staff? Anyway. The food were good, except for the tired lettuce inside the wrapp. They probably gave me the 'about to be thrown away' lettuce.
