Poor customer service at KFC

I went to your kfc in tongaat on sunday and I ordered 4 wings, they gave the order and I left but when I reached home the order was wrong as they gave me 1 piece of chicken which is something I did not want. I spoke to 3 different managers asking them to sort this issue out or credit me for this order but no instead Bruce the manager from there called me today so rude and arrogant. Telling me it is not their problem. My order number was 335 purchased on 04.12.2022 time was 14:59. Such pathetic customer service
