Poor customer service and lack of transparency

We visited KFC Jewel City to purchase two ice cream cones and paid R50 to the till operator, Lindo. However, after taking our money, he informed us that the cones were finished, despite them being visible on the counter. We found his actions unprofessional, particularly the lack of transparency and apology. The service was disappointing. Lindo failed to apologize neither did he take accountability. We found this conduct to be in contravention with the Consumer Protection Act.
