Poor Customer Service

Purchased 3 Streetwise 2 at KFC Delft Mall Cape Town.When i entered the competition to stand a chance to win R5000 it rejected the voucher number as invalid.Complaint sent to KFC customer care and received a lot of explanations which didn't make sense which left me highly frustrated and unsatisfied with KFC. Dishonesty also occurs when orders are fast tracked by staff members at KFC Delft Mall.Waiting period of orders much too long.Spent 30 minutes waiting for 1 Streetwise 2 order.KFC did not come up with an amicable solution to my queries raised with them.
