Poor customer service

Went to the KFC Zebediela to buy food but I wanted to use the bathroom before placing an order as I was pressed. On the bathroom door I met a very rude and disrespectful young lady who told me I can never use the bathroom without placing an order. She was soo rude and used a very disrespectful tone. Kfc is this the new rule? Making money is more important than the customer’s wellbeing?
