poor customer service

i placed an order at drive thru and when i got to the next window to collect my order i noticed the cashier got the order wrong. i told the lady assisting me that i ordered 2 strawberry sunrises instead of one and she said i could either go into kfc and place a new order or go through the drive thru again. there was absolutly no parking and i didnt want to go via a long que again. i explained that to her and she said there's nothing she could do. i asked to speak to the manager (siya) and he just told me the same thing and just walked away without resolving the problem. i told him it was the worst customer service ive ever recieved and asked for my money back!
