Poor customer service

This is for a KFC nana sita street in Pretoria. I called to order for collection on 27/04/2025 at 19:43. The cashier who answered refused to take my order, telling me that I should come to the store because it’s empty, I tried to explain to her that I would like to place and order so that I can get there and collect but she still disputed to take my order emphasising that I should come to the store and place my order because it’s empty, I got to the Store and placed my order and they told me to wait for 10minutes, I explained to the lady who was assisting me but they did not know who answered the call earlier , I had to wait to 10minutes which inconvenienced my time.
