Poor customer service

I Got to the KFC and placed my order at 22:24 i was told that they were preparing more chicken and that the order will take 20 minutes i worked a 16 hour shift and if the waiting time was going to be more then 20 minutes i would not have ordered. 30 minutes came and gone and still no sign of our order when we went to enquire at the drive threw window the staff were basically fighting amongst each other and we were told we will have our order in the next 4 minutes and when we got to waiting for 50 minutes i went to go knock on the door to ask where my order was the staff were all standing and chatting telling me they are still busy with my order i FINALLY got my order after waiting a hour i requested for the Managers Number and i was given a number for a lady named Cindy i contacted her and expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the pathetic service and i was told that she is out of town and that she will contact them and will look into it and get back to me the next morning it is now 16:25 the next day and i still have not heard anything back from her.(DEFINITE indication as to where the staff get their unhelpful no care attitude clearly the so called manager doesn't care either)
