poor customer service

At about 8.30 on 27/1/2016, we were waiting in a que,at the drive -through .we were waiting for about 20 min before we arrived at the order window.we wanted to order an icecream.the lady told us: sorry we don' t have.we asked her why they don' t put a sign out before people start to que.She just shrugged her shoulders and rep****: I don' t know.she had a very surly and no care attitude.it was not the first time we had the same experience at this branch.we al are of the opinion that we will never buy from them again. If the lady had just said : you are right,i am going to bring it under the managers attention, we would have been happy.
