poor customer service

We ordered food at the kfc branch grassy park klip road and never again. After waiting an hour for our food the manager on duty Sabera shockingly could not even apologize to us as customers. The staff was getting orders mixed up as customers who had came after us had left long before us. As a manager you are suppose to set an example for your staff this is why they had just as much of an bad attitude to show. Customers were furious and they could not even apologize after waiting an hour for our food when they were not even busy.I don't know how the staff is treated there but even the security guard had attitude! Nobody wants to be treated the way we were. As a customer I do not want to go back there. Poor customer service and this is bad for business.
