Poor customer service

Poor Service at KFC Klerksdorp (Near Boxes Store)

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at your KFC branch in Klerksdorp (next to the Boxes store). We stood in line for 45 minutes without being assisted, and it was clear that the staff had no intention of helping customers. This is unacceptable. Please address this issue urgently and provide proper training to your staff on customer service and professionalism.
