Poor customer service

At kfc lesedi city in Vosloorus the service is very bad where by I went to but streetwise feast, they said they don't have it ,I bought 5 pieces and they didn't inform me that I will have to wait for a long time and there was no communication and they where busy preparing it .they have bad customer service
