Poor customer service

KFC masingita mall Giyani, order 1316. I went there with order number when I went to collect all staff says they don't know what's my order is I should ask the person who paid for it, yet I did now they telling me the order is wrong no remorseful. This people said they don't my order yet again the confirmed order is wrong
