POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

i was in Mvusuludzo Kfc on 15.7.2015 i was served by the arrogant and bad attitude lady by the name of Mbavhalelo i ordered streetwise One pap, n instead she ranged streetwise one with mash n mini loaf and was R22.99 i was surprised n i ask her how much coz i thought it was lesser, i ask her to give me the Two piece one of 24.99, she said she cannot change that's not her problem nobody choose for me i did myself, i ask if is that customer service she said she doesn't know, she did not call me i come By myself i should go were there is customer service, i demanded to see the manager, when he arrive he apologise n he took my numbers n promise ti call me n give me feed back in what they have dine with Mbavhalelo, i waited nothing happen, i need something to calm me down as i am very much angry right now, i am a very loyal customer to Kfc but if this bad attitude continues believe me you will never grow, people like Mbavhalelo they dnt deserve to be in that kind of business they will ruin everything<br> <br> Thank you<br> Cathy singo<br> ***<br> [Email Removed]
