poor customer service

i have never got such bad attitude like this before , i sat at kfc for 20min when i went to ask why the meal is taking so long they told me that the meat is not ready,tTsholofelo the cashier needs training on customer service she is rude and loud she didnt care that she never told me about the meat not being ready when i asked her she said i can call the complaints department and ask them that,manager stepped in (Nkagiseng) and she did not want to know why im asking for a refund she actually supported Tsholofelo with what she was doing i was so disappointed shem.Bapong kfc employers need traning in customer service shem they cant be going treating people like that i feel sorry for the people who live there basically they get that service everyday and everytime, disgrace
