Poor customer service

I placed order for a family treat. When i arrived home i noticed that there were no fries. I immediately contacted the branch, spoke to a lady by the name phumzile. To which her solution was i hold on to my reciept and i can come again for a complimentary meal. I arrived at the branch on sunday to false promises
