Poor customer service

We gave just received the worst customer care from the KFC in village square on main reef road! upervisor Ms Ramajoe and her stuff were ***********, we could not get our order after an hour in the drive through without being notified of the short staff that they were experiencing. How can they not have enough staff on the 1st? Poor customer service to say the least because poor is an understatement nje #notgoingback
