Poor customer service

So I was driving from Richards Bay to Eshowe and drive decide to stop at Gingindlovu and buy Box master from KFC as I had been in a meeting from morning and I was feeling really hungry. I ordered my Box master paid and then waited for my order. The screen that updates customers about their orders was not working. I waited for 15 minutes and I noticed that ppl that placed orders after were receiving their orders. Never the less I continued to wait. After 20 minutes I approached a lady by the name of Samke and questioned about my order after I heard her telling a number of customers waiting for their orders that they still cooking chicken they must wait. She told me that they are cooking the chicken fillet and it was left with 3 minutes, I decided to continue waiting. Shortly after that she came back and told me that she is sorry they are actually cooking wings not fillet, whichnmeant that I had to wait until they start cooking fillet befire getting my Box master and I had already been waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes. I decided to cancel my order as it was clear that I wont get my Box master. The manager by the name of Innocent was called in and he came. He did nt even greet me nor try to make me understand whats going, instead he just facilitated a refund and and Samke gave me my money back. Im. So disappointed I wasted my time waiting for something that is not there, I was tired and very hungry but the KFC service let me down
