Poor customer service!

This is the third time I’m complaining about KFC at the same branch Davenport in Durban . The staff is so lazy and whenever I go there after a long day wanting to order something they say they say it’s finished and when I complain and get a call from the manager Lucky he tells me that’s not true the product was in store .

On Sunday 4 February 2018 I want to KFC Davenport and I wanted to order the small burger with chips and cool drink and I was told that promotion was over , but I was confused because I just purchased it that week . I then decided to go to the Quensmead branch and was told the promotion was still running its not over .

The thought of actually wasting my petrol having to go from Davenport to quensmead makes me livid! All the time they response it “the ice cream machine is broken “ “we don’t have ice cream” or “we don’t have that in stock “.

Worse part is KFC on twitter says they called me and I didn’t get one call at all! I’m tired of the dishonesty! KFC get it together!!

You guys need to get it together! I’m sick and tired now !
