poor customer service

hi,i was at your kfc,umngeni road branch,the one in Durban station lastweek Thursday 14-05-2015.i was coming from the bus station as my bus was gonna be leaving at 21:00pm,i then thought of going there and get something to eat before they close at 20:00pm.i got there at 19:40pm and the doors were still open for trade with 2 to 3 cashiers on the tills.i then requested food to eat they told me they can`t help because they are about to close,then I requested something to drink,again they told me they can`t help because they had already cashed up.i then asked my self,what the hell the doors were opened for if we cannot be assisted????cause I would have understood if they did not let anyone in from around that time.no one apologised to me about that because they did not see the need and I don`t see the need for myself to go there again nor to recommend the place to anyone else.
