Poor customer service

<p>We went to KFC drive thru in town,and the service we received was so bad that we had to keep other drivers waiting for a service. Isn't a cashier or a waitress supposed to introduce themselves before taking the order? OK anyway,we asked for the waitress's name but she refused she even left us hanging by the drive thru. Don't you teach customer services KFC? Wow! And another waiter came he did the same thing,his name was Teboho!</p>
