Poor customer service

<p>I have bought a 9 piece at KFC for my family and visitors I invited for supper, when ordering I specifically asked them no centre breast and the slip also was specifying no centre breast ...when I get home there was a huge centre breast staring at my eyes ...I called KFC customer services they promised to call me back till today I'm still waiting , no appology what so over ...this goes to show they do not value their clients opinions and requests yet they preach of listening what listening do they do if they can't get orders right ?</p>
