Poor customer service

<p>I find it quite disrespectful how the employees at this establishment treat customers. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, while all of them pretended like they didn't see me standing there. I literally had to call one of them and ask for assistance before he called out someone else who was supposedly the person who was supposed to be attending the front desk. This is the second time this has happened and on both times when I tried to make them aware how this is a poor reflection of their service, I didn't not even receive a single apology but excuses instead. </p>
