Poor customer service

On the 18th of March 2022 i ordered Street wise 5 and 3 wrapster online and everything went well with the order and showed that my delivery was from Sunward KFC but immediately after paying i received a message that said sorry for the inconvenience and refund will be made, i then rushed to Sunward KFC they said it will take 2-3 days to be refunded but nothing till today even yesterday i was there but no help. Please help to get my R166 from KFC
