Poor Customer Service

<p>At 13: 40 on 10/10/2016 (today), I bought 2 Very Berry Krushers from Mall @ Carnival KFC and what I received was not a Krusher. It was ice cream with crushed ice cubes and strawberry syrup. There were no berry pieces but rather chocolate bits to show that they use 1 scoop for every dip. The lady that was preparing the "krushers" saw that they had run out of the berry but didn't not inform us nor did she ask if we still wanted it or not. Instead she told her collegue (Ntombi D who was the cashier) that she is old enough she will make a plan. </p> <p>What I need to know is: is this the kind of service that I should expect as a paying customer?</p>
