Poor customer service

**** service at KFC the glen did a self service, waited more then 20min. as I wait patiently for my order white gentle man get his order before mine and literally I was first in line to order . I was then told I needed to wait 16min for a bucket for 1..she was actually preparing the order for the gentleman that came after me utter nonsenses color of your skin matters hey... Poor customer service
