Poor Customer Follow-Up After Been Promised Communication Follow-Up
<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I logged an uncident with KFC customer care on the 5th of MAy 2016 and the same day I was promised communications back from a customer care rep. It is four days later and no responds.
