Poor customer experience

Drive tru lady is not good at taking order as I hat to repeat myself 3 times the order still come wrong she asked me if I want coffe at 7am in the morning or juice I told her coffee she still didn’t understand after it was time for collecting my food I was told to wait as they are stuff busy making it

Lambton KFC has become really bad everyone I come to order her I have a problem I’m not sure if it’s new management or what is going on the manger who’s on site only come afterwords and she had nothing to say not even apologies as I can say your staff have no customer experience and this shows

From my side I think you guys should send them for traingung again as ordering 1 meal can’t be so difficult
