Poor customer complaint resolution

KFC is terrible when it comes to customer complaints resolution. On the 21st Dec 2021 I bought an AM snacker from KFC Meredale, Cnr Columbine and Main Rd. I found a foreign object in my food and logged a complaint online and tweeter page. All the relevant information was forwarded to customer centre and I haven't had feedback since then. This is disgusting and shows lack of customer satisfaction from such a big brand. I will never buy anything from KFC...🤮🤮🤮
