Poor Customer Care

Purchased a box master meal, they told me that their drink machine is broken and as a result I had to pay extra. I didn't have a problem with that, except with the way the cashier spoke to me. Suggesting that I must either buy the boxmaster or the meal and be prepared to pay extra. Her tone was just not professional, when I addressed the issue she continued to state the issue as an ultimatum.
