Poor communication and customer service

I got on the app to order the app just wouldn't let me, to no surprise as it always had it's issues on its own. I ordered Kentucky for two with buddy drinks, over the phone the lady did not even care to tell me about the price and to my knowledge delivery is free when you order something above R70.

When the delivery got here the wings weren't there, and Kentucky for two now costed R141 which is a total *******, this is the 2nd time that something like this happens, had I been told whilst doing the order I'd have walked to the store and collected my food what's it with different prices for similar meals at KFC???? We called the store to enquire about this delivery service and that lady had the audacity to hang up the phone on the ear
