Poor communication

8Jan: receive sms then call to say Jan winner in Share the Love competition. Must collect prize at Sunward Park. 2nd call to say its actually at Springsgate.<br> 13Jan: receive sms to confirm prize to be collected at Sunward Park.<br> 16Jan: wasted time & petrol going to both Springsgate - had given their prize away & Ephraim would call me Monday... but didnt - AND Sunward Park stores - produced email showing change in prize winner from myself to another.<br> 18Jan: called Sharon Majola who promised to courier prize to Greenstone but would call to confirm. Still waiting.<br> 5Feb: receive sms to say Im a Feb winner at Springsgate.<br> 6Feb: waste time & petrol going to Springsgate where again there's no prize & no promised return call.<br> 10Feb: receive call from kfc asking why I never collected prize - they can still not confirm where to go though! No promised return call.<br> wasted my time & petrol without collecting prizes (Jan&Feb??) Without compensation (almost 200km round trips) - just not worth entering kfc competitions even if the kids beg. Just not worth it.<br>
