Poor business ethics and non fulfillment of uber eats order

Absolutely disappointed with uber eats and Kfc reservoir hills. I placed an order with the 50% promo. When it came to delivery the restaurant was unavailable but a few hours later they were back. They just didn't want to take my order with the promo. They just want to get more users.
