Poor/Bad Customer Service

<p>15.09pm As I approached the cashier at the Drive Thru window there was a huge commotion of laughter. Ms P Zama just turned her face to me, still laughing and as she listened to me giving my order, she just rep**** 115, which meant R115. In the meantime a male colleague came and tickled her from side to side. In the background two MALE workers were draging a FEMALE worker on the floor, with her screaming out to a lady which I guess is the supervisor. I received no "thank you" after my payment or the usual indication to move on to tne next window. As the next window opened up this cashier was also ****ing herself with laughter and my KFC packet was just put into my hand. </p> <p>The quality of the chicken were disgusting. 9 pieces oily and soggy chicken crammed into a small holder. By the time I got home, which is 7mins away the skin was already soggy. My experience with KFC ASPEN...definately not appetizing at all. </p>
