Poor attitude of cashier

So yesterday afternoon (10.04.2016) I decided to pop in at KFC Bothasig, which happens to be down the road (Convenience), and I tried the new strips. So I ordered the 5 piece strips meal, the cashier who assisted me was ok, nothing amazing. Not even 5 minutes later, some bad attitude cashier shouts my number (139 I think) , plonks my food down on the counter, gives me a look, and walks to the back (I'm guessing the bathroom). So I nicely had to determine if that was my order indeed. <br> What happened to checking the order with the customer?<br> What happened to actually confirming it was mine?<br> Does it hurt to smile or make an effort to actually treat your customer with some respect?<br> <br> With all the negative publicity KFC has been getting as of late ( Maggots & Roaches found in food) via social media, I think its safe to say KFC needs to at least up their game when it comes to service. The cashier is the 'Face' of the branch, if she cant smile, or make an attempt to show she actually cares about her job, then I'm pretty sure you'll be out of business soon. <br> <br> Plattekloof branch is only 2KM's away. I would actually appreciate some feedback on this.
