Poor App Service

I use the app to order kfc today 11/06/2024 and this is now the 4th time I placed an order and my bank account was debited but no order was confirmed and no order number generated. The previous 3 times I logged a request for a refund. Only 2 amounts were refunded and an amount of R300+ is still outstsnding and this refund only came throught after almost 40 days even though I was told it would take 7 -14 days. Now I will have to call in and request another refund which will take a year.
