Poor and unfair service

Card declined at KFC CENTURION MALL, while there's funds,

funds still deducted from account, charged R8.50 for the decline , rude manager by the name of nhlanhla, didn't want to refund me told funds will reflect in 24 hrs but never reflected, went back told me to bring statements (uncomfortable as it's my banking details) butdid it anyway as I needed my refund, she made me wait until other staff members came to ask what i was looking for, she was rude, never apologized I asked what about my R8.50 for the decline and fees for the bank statement she just said it won't happen and walked away, the rudeness , she made me feel like it was my fault
