Poor and Pathetic Service From KFC Blue Route Mall Tokai Road

<p>I'm utterly dissapointed with the way the staff there handled themselves today, We ordered a kitkat, Oreo Krusher and 2 streetwise 2's. The cashier's name who assisted us is Janine. We requested that she does not put too much slasher in our Krusher's as it makes it too icy and watery. She looked at us with a nasty attitude and walked away, when she gave us the krusher's it was the exact oppositte of what we had asked her to do...We then asked her co-worker to make them again because we were dissatisfied.. She spoke to her manager who also gave us an attitude and ordered the co-worker to not put too much ice-cream in our Krusher's..How Pathetic is that? did we not pay for it? what a disgrace. what happened to good customer service? the manager didn't even apologise for the ****py service they gave us.. Why must we always complain first ?I don't like complaining but your staff are making it really hard for us not to. Please rectify this and maybe get a different manager to manage that Branch!!!! Utterly dissapointed.</p>
