Poor and disrespectful service

KFC RUIMSIG In the morning I placed an order online for delivery , I then called the branch asking for thighs. The lady was a bit rude but I ignored it. 30 minutes later received an email that my order was cancelled. I didn’t make much of it I just thought maybe they can’t find drivers because of the rain.

3 hours later I make another order and call the branch, a guy picked up I tell him about my morning order then I ask him for thighs again on this order. The gentleman spoke to some lady in the background telling them my request, the lady asked “Ke mang oe” ( who is that customer), guy responds “Nomusa” then the lady says “ Hhay suka Nomusa watina “ ( agh Nomusa is irritating), I am overhearing this conversation. When the guys came back to the phone I asked him the name of the lady he was speaking to and the guy doesn’t give me the name , he bits around the bush. I told him I heard what the lady said hence I want her name and I wanna speak to the manager. The guy keeps quiet after a minute he says I am the manager, I was so shocked. He said he was gonna deal with this lady after the our call but he didn’t give me the name. He said his name is France but never game name the ladies name. The lady who said I am irritating is the same lady I spoke to in the morning, I could hear her voice.

KFC can you please explain if this is how we as customers must be treated, when we buy from KFC we are irritating?
