Poor and disgusting service from a team leader.

I called KFC N2 Woodhill and SUCCESSFULLY placed an order and I was told it was gonna be ready when I come to collect. I got to the store and I was told that the order was not prepared but they’re quickly preparing it, 15 minutes later they told me that I must order from the kiosk so I could pay and get a receipt but the order is ready for collection, I did that, placed my order at the kiosk then went to the collection point with my receipt where I was then IGNORED by the staff (2 ladies with no name tags) I waited for 30 more minutes and then I had an encounter with their Team Leader Mamsy(Mumsy)who sarcastically laughed at me together with the other ladies at the till. Absurd how a team leader behaves and treat customers infront of her staff and other customers. As I was leaving the store I could hear them talking about me but unfortunately I didn’t hear what they were saying. I didn’t even eat the food that they packed cause it was packed with stinking attitude that’s why I couldn’t stomach it. I bought Streetwise 3 and Streetwise 1 pap, they packed breast meat only because “bayangilaya” and the pap was not well cooked which made me think that there was no pap when I ordered so this whole delay was so they could serve me the uncooked pap that they served me. Oh!. I also requested for a refund while I was waiting for the order cause it really took long and I was told they don’t do kiosk refund so it was either I lose my money or I spend almost an hour at their store. I’m not even so disappointed, I’m just disgusted at how poor their customer service is, especially from a team leader who should be leading by good service.
