Poor and disgraceful customer service @KFC Noord

<p>I went to buy at KFC today where i was served by Lily a cashier who was rude & lacked customer service by shouting at customers of which I also was a victim of her tantrums. She shouted at me when she gave me a change full of coins and i asked her to please change it and give me at least the one that's not full of coins, that's when she even said she would cancel my order and give me my money back. To my surprise she gave me my money back of which i gladly accepted and went to buy at a competitor restuarant nearby.Thanks for such service I don't see myself or family ever buying at KFC or even referring anyone, I even ended up buying my meal from a competitor restaurant which offered one of the best services.</p>
