Poor and bad service and staff

Well that settles that went to kfc north rand road same thing in fact worse went inside to place the orders first she gets it wrong then they have a promotion for data that we should have been told of at the pay station which we were not and after asking about it she pulled up her shoulders and told me its only valid for one day so what if she forgot ,then we get home and eat our food only to find the burgers burns the living **** out of you which we dit not order ,so no more kfc for me thank you Mac D's from now on BAD SREVICE POOR QUALITY STAFF THAT DON'T CARE OILY FOOD NO THANK YOU NEVER AGAIN
