Pooooooooooooor service

Terrible, Bad worst experience ever at Dawn park KFC.... This afternoon i did self service for box master which i added 4 ice cream cones... To my surprise the ice cream was wet and dripped everywhere.... I don't understand why won't we alerted before we ordered that the ice cream that it wasn't ready.... Honestly I'm not happy with the service took longer to receive our meals uneccessary
