Pooe Service ans no products

Ordered a Chicky meal and Strawberry milkshake.Cashier rang up a Colonel Burger and a Strawberry Crusher which I only noticed at the collection counter on my slip.The lady at the drive through window said they no longer make MilkShakes.How are we as a client suppose to know this...and why assume that I want a crusher?When i told the lady its the wrong order she took the packet back and gave me a burger with no chips.She took the chips out as only a burger was rang up.Makes no sense, why not recalculate the order.Last week Sinday again there was no ice cream again or wings.Rather close the branch as its pointless being there with no products,McD's is right next door anyways.
