Pompous and Unacceptable service

Yesterday I went to kfc Southgate to buy food and went to drive thru as I didn't want to wait in Qs. Almost an hour afterwards we were still in a Q and it took the supervisor Masemadi I think it was customers throwing tantrums for her to explain why the wait. As if that was not enough they got my order wrong. So unacceptable. Next time we explain to client so they decide if they are willing to wait or not not force them to by taking their monies then say nothing. Very unprofessional
