Poisoned food at KFC

I would like to find out who owns the KFC store on the corner of De Wiekus and Elgin road in Birchleigh/Kempton Park? And if he can contact me with regards to the poor quality of chicken and service the shop delivers....?!

This isn't my first bad experience with this particular KFC, and when you call them on *** they promise that the manager will call you back, which I'm still waiting for??

We bought 2x All Star Box meals, and by the taste of it we had 2 ashtrays to eat...the chicken tasted as if it was marinated in an ashtray and then given to us. You can smell the cigarette on the chicken, it was horrible, especially for a non smoker!

I would like the camera footage of how my food was made to see if the staff tried to poison me, this seems like they vindictively did this to my food! On previous occasions my food had no suace or hair on it from this KFC....what is the problem here?

I also heard from other people they experienced the same low level of quality and service from this store, so please can the manager or owner get back to me on this?!
