Please train your staff!!!

Went to KFC in Brackenfell 2 weeks ago. I asked the employee who took my order about the Dorito's burger (Is it spicy?) seeing as I wanted to order it for my 5 year old son. No was her answer. It is not spicy. Ordered the burger but one bite later and my son started crying seeing as his mouth was burning. I myself tasted the burger thinking maybe he is sensitive but the sauce was def. spicy. If it was communicated to me that the sauce was hot, I would have ordered the burger without the sauce. Last week, I visit the same branch and ordered the Family meal with 3 sides, snack burgers, wings and mash and gravy. Got home and the wings were not included. On both occasions I could have driven back to complain but decided that spending more money on petrol to drive back is not worth it. I do not wish to be contacted, or to be offered a freebie. The reason behind this complaint is merely to make management aware that the service delivery by some of your staff is very poor when it comes to product knowledge and checking orders to ensure everything that has been paid for is actually in the bag.
